Where Ballet meets Fitness! This class is designed to give you that desired lengthened ballet body with toning and strengthening exercises. The barre-based workout will help you find muscles you didn’t even know that you have! This class creates lengthened muscles, stronger core, and increases endurance and flexibility. Don’t worry if you don’t have a ballet barre; most of our clients use kitchen counters or dining room chairs.
